Plain English Overview

This agreement is a legally binding document between 21st-Thailand.com and you, covering all individuals and entities associated with the operations and services provided by 21st-Thailand.com. It is your responsibility to regularly review and stay updated with these terms.

Language and Support

Our customer support is available only in English, as our technical team and support staff are English speakers.

Residents of European Union or United Kingdom regarding GDPR & DPA

We do not serve residents of the EU or UK due to complex tax and legal systems. By joining our website with an address from the EU or UK, you confirm that you are not a resident of these areas and waive all protection rights of EU/UK residents. Our hosting services are focused on those living in Thailand or Asia, and your personally identifiable information will be governed by the data protection act of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Domain Ordering

As of June 2022, we no longer provide domain order or domain services for new domains. Existing clients with domains will be able to renew their domains for a significant period, but we recommend moving important domain names to another provider near renewal time.

Use of Personally Identifiable Information

By using our services, you accept the transfer of personal data outside of Thailand where legally required. Your personally identifiable information is not sold or shared for marketing purposes and is only shared where necessary to provide services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Agreement

By accessing the site and services, you explicitly consent to enter a binding agreement with XXI Web Hosting. You are deemed legally mature and competent to enter into this agreement or are accessing/using the services under the supervision of your legal guardians. If you enter this agreement on behalf of your company, you must have the rights and authority to do so.

Limitation of Liabilities

XXI Web Hosting and connected parties shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Our liability shall never exceed the total amount you paid to XXI Web Hosting for purchasing any subscription or using services on the website.

Backups and Data Loss

You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and maintain appropriate backups. XXI Web Hosting is not responsible for data loss or financial losses caused by such data loss.

Domain Orders – Retired June 2022

We have retired domain ordering services as of June 2022. All account information submitted to XXI Web Hosting must be 100% accurate and true per ICANN requirements. We may release client information to our domain registrar as per ICANN guidelines, and we use cookies and record IP addresses for security purposes.
