Affiliate Program Payout Methods:

New Affiliates who prefer payment via PayPal or similar methods (instead of account credit) must contact support for approval after activating their account and earning at least 2000THB in commissions. Unless specifically authorized, the default payout method is account credit for services listed on my.serverly.host and advertised on xxiwebhosting.com – your account will be updated on the admin side if approved.

The standard threshold for affiliate commission payouts is 3000THB (approximately 90 USD), paid as credit to your account. This credit can be applied toward VPS and server invoices.

Affiliate responsibilities:

1. Maintaining websites that comply with local laws of both the Kingdom of Thailand, Hong Kong, and the affiliate’s residence/citizenship location.
2. Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as XXI Web Hosting or its managing company, and may not use logos/graphics/branding except for provided banner advertisements in the affiliate area.
3. Properly using and maintaining all Trackable Hyperlinks.
4. Taking sole responsibility for reporting affiliate income to tax authorities and liability for any taxes due on earnings. We will not handle tax payments for affiliates.
5. Complying with all applicable regulations and laws regarding affiliate activities.
6. Must not reside in Hong Kong (for tax reasons) if requesting actual monetary payment instead of account credit.
7. Must accumulate at least 3000THB (Thai Baht) in cleared commissions before requesting payout (requests subject to approval at our staff’s discretion to prevent system abuse).

Affiliate Payment

Payments process 60 days after the referred client’s payment has cleared and been recorded. The referred client must maintain an active account at the 60-day mark for commissions to remain valid.

Affiliate payouts are normally processed as credit added to your client account or via PayPal (bank transfers may be considered in exceptional circumstances). For bank transfers, there may be a fee and we require your full name, company name (if applicable), tax ID, bank account details, and branch code.

Commission applies only to profitable sales. If we receive no revenue from any Transaction, no commission is payable for that transaction. This also applies when clients request refunds, commit fraud, or reverse charges (commission amounts will be deducted from affiliate accounts if paid funds are withdrawn within 90 days).

Fraudulent activity may result in account termination and forfeiture of payments.

We reserve the right to refuse or delay payouts when deemed necessary.

Affiliates agree not to discuss or disclose confidential information regarding our business, operations, customers, clients or suppliers during this agreement or for five years after termination.

Commissions

Commissions are earned exclusively from selling our main VPS and Server products only. Commission is not earned on:
• Domain names
• Product Addons
• Upgrade Orders (though recurring commissions will increase with new renewal prices)
• Manually created invoices
